Your product was superb, and the most user friendly of those evaluated. However, the key reason was your customer service - Right from the outset, Enform clearly wanted our business, and that was demonstrated in the effort your team put into the preparing the proposal, giving our team the demonstration, and dealing with our enquiries. Even the most sceptical of our developers was impressed to the point where there was a real desire on the part of everybody here to put our business your way - even in the knowledge that doing so could involve the need to overcome some in-house technical issues.
One other product came close, but in terms of customer service, communication, flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile nobody else came within a bulls roar.

Why Enform has suited me:
Having applied for and been granted funds to create a web site dedicated to the Teachers of French in New Zealand, I actively sought a company which would meet our quite specific requirements. A colleague, the IT Technician at a local College, gave me a short list of companies to contact for quotes.
I met three such companies and obtained similar quotes, yet what tipped it in favor of Enform was the following:
- I felt my business interested Enform as soon as I started presenting my project on the very first meeting.
- Louise and her team listened to me and gave me lots of time to outline what was then only a rather foggy project.
- They gave me some easy to follow tips and were reassuring,
- They provided me with an initial quote and were happy to revise it as the needs of the project evolved
- The funds (mainly from associations and government agencies) were sure to be granted, but slow to materialise. Enform were gracious in accepting the delay in accepting their final quote: they continued answering my queries as they arose, even though the quote had not been formally accepted.
- I particularly enjoyed filling in the webstrategy form Enform provided me with since it helped me focus on my aims and goals.
- I was invited to come back when I felt I needed it and I had no hesitation contacting Enform on several occasions as I always feel welcomed with my queries and uncertainties."
